Privacy notice
How information is handled when you submit a recovery enquiry or engage VenteColisPerdus for logistics consulting.

Who is responsible
VenteColisPerdus is responsible for personal information submitted through this website and processed during agreed consulting work. Requests can be made through the contact form.
Information collected
An enquiry may include your name, email, optional telephone number, case type, order or tracking reference, dates, package description, parties contacted and message. Do not submit passwords, one-time PINs, full payment-card numbers, identity documents or unrelated sensitive information.
Why information is used
We use it to respond, organise the recovery enquiry, provide agreed consulting, maintain case records, prevent form abuse and meet legal duties. Grounds may include consent, requested pre-contractual steps, contract, legal obligations and legitimate operational or security interests.
Sharing
Information may be shared with relevant sellers, marketplaces, couriers, warehouses, recipients or service providers only where necessary and authorised for the case. We do not sell case information. External parties make their own operational and legal decisions.
Retention and security
Unconverted website enquiries are normally deleted after 24 months. Active consulting, financial and dispute records may be retained for legally required periods. We use validation, restricted access, session security, rate limiting and data minimisation, but no online channel is risk-free.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion, object where applicable or withdraw consent where it is the ground. Identity may need to be verified.
