Website and service terms
The conditions that apply to website use, recovery enquiries and separately agreed consulting work.

Website use
Use this site for lawful information and genuine enquiries. Do not submit malicious material, false ownership claims, another person’s confidential information without authority or attempts to gain access to goods.
Nature of the service
VenteColisPerdus provides consulting, case organisation and process support. It is not a courier, postal operator, insurer, marketplace, law-enforcement body or owner of unclaimed goods.
No recovery guarantee
Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee that an item will be found, delivered, refunded, replaced or compensated. Outcomes depend on evidence, third-party processes, contractual terms, time limits and circumstances outside our control.
Ownership and authority
You must have a lawful connection to the parcel or an authorised business purpose. We may decline matters involving disputed ownership, prohibited goods, suspected fraud, unsafe handling or requests that should be directed to police, customs, insurers or legal advisers.
Consulting engagements
Paid work begins only under a written scope covering deliverables, fees, access, dependencies, confidentiality and limitations. Website descriptions are not quotations.
Third parties and liability
Carrier, retailer, platform and insurer terms remain their own. Nothing excludes liability that South African law does not permit us to exclude. Questions can be submitted through the contact form. South African law applies. Effective 11 August 2026.
